From the rainforest of Mache Chindul in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, this origin grows within a landscape of humid hills and mist-covered canopies. The environment’s natural balance of shade, moisture, and biodiversity defines the flavor of its cacao.

Processing

Before natural processing, this lot undergoes controlled yeast inoculation during fermentation to highlight the fruit character and subtle floral tones inherent to the terroir.

Cultivo

The Nacional P14 variety expresses a unique profile in this region. When cultivated under native forest cover, it develops gentle herbal notes intertwined with bright fruit flavors, reflecting the living genetics and microclimate.
