What is in this terroir?

Origin

From the upper forests of Napo, in the Ecuadorian Amazon region, this origin develops within one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on earth. The landscape’s balance of light, mist, and fertile soil gives the cacao its distinct character.

Processing

Before natural processing, the lot undergoes controlled fermentation designed to preserve the integrity of the beans and highlight subtle fruit and floral notes. Every stage takes place near origin to maintain freshness and traceability.

Cultivo

The Kallari Nacional Cacao variety expresses a refined profile in this environment. When cultivated beneath the shade of native trees, it develops gentle fruit tones and a soft herbal depth that reflect the living biodiversity and humid climate of Napo.
